We are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Euroclydon Nursing Home in Drybrook, Gloucestershire, and would like to extend our sincere thanks to Grayson and Dawn Taylor of Lamont Johnson for their outstanding work throughout the transaction. Their professionalism, persistence, and hands-on approach were instrumental in getting the deal over the line, and we could not have asked for better partners in the process.
We would also like to pay tribute to the retiring owner, who is stepping back after more than 30 years of dedicated ownership. The care, commitment, and standards built up over three decades are a testament to their hard work, and we are honoured to be entrusted with continuing that legacy for the residents and staff of Euroclydon.
This marks the seventh acquisition of the twenty-five expected by 2028 for the Whitchurch Care Group.
