What a relief when we finally completed the sale of my home yesterday, and I want to say a massive thank you to you both for all your efforts in achieving this.
There are care home agents, and then there’s you guys, Grayson and Dawn Taylor of Lamont Johnson. No-one, in my opinion, comes remotely close to your expertise and attention to detail in handling such sensitive transactions as the sale of Hallaton Manor.
I have 30 years experience in operating care homes at the highest level and have encountered all the usual agency names. Not one holds a candle to you.
You have many unique qualities that have helped to relieve the stress of what has been a difficult transaction. You have an instinct to make the right move at the right time, you are tenacious and you uplift the spirits even when things appear to be going badly wrong. We’ve had many laughs along the way and your bon homie and constant optimism has up-lifted my spirits and supported me through a very lonely process.
I feel fortunate to have been able to trust you with such a sensitive sale. Thank you, once again, for everything.
